煤矿掘进机主要分为横轴掘进机(EBH)和纵轴掘进机(EBZ)两种,是煤矿工作作业中很重要的一类机械。从电控系统出发,基于单片机系统的设计,对于煤矿掘进机的电控系统的可靠性设计进行了分析,并对其实现进行了阐述。
Coal roadheader can be divided into two kinds: horizontal axis boring machine (EBH) and vertical axis boring machine (EBZ), which are very important types of machinery for coal mine work. Starting from the electronic control system, based on the design of the single-chip microcomputer system, the reliability design of the electric control system of the coal roadheader is analyzed and its implementation is described.
