目的:通过比较超声、索氏及回流提取三种方法的黄酮得率,确定最佳沙棘黄酮提取方法,再确定该法萃取沙棘黄酮的最优工艺条件。方法:通过单因素和L9(34)正交实验设计进行提取工艺优化。结果:超声法优于索氏和回流提取法,超声法最优工艺为:提取功率60W,甲醇提取2次,每次1h,料液比1∶8。结论:超声提取法具有黄酮产率高、省时、简便、溶剂用量少等优点。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the optimal method for extracting flavonoids from buckthrones by comparing the yield of flavonoids by ultrasonic, Soxhlet and reflux extraction, and then to determine the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids from sea buckthorn. Methods: Optimization of extraction process was performed by single factor and L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design. Results: Ultrasound was superior to Soxhlet and reflux extraction. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction were as follows: extraction power 60W, methanol extraction 2 times, 1h each, solid - liquid ratio 1: 8. Conclusion: Ultrasound extraction has the advantages of high yield of flavonoids, time saving, convenience, low dosage of solvent and so on.
