目的探讨荔枝核水提取液对小鼠糖尿病模型的疗效。方法选用小白鼠30只,随机分3组,正常组6只,模型组12只,治疗组12只。造模前测定三组小鼠空腹血糖,然后模型组和治疗组用四氧嘧啶做腹腔注射复制糖尿病模型,48小时后测定小鼠空腹血糖。造模后,治疗组用胰岛素注射一次,测定血糖,然后用荔枝核水提取液灌胃治疗,持续一周。实验结束,取血测定血糖、甘油三酯及总胆固醇水平。结果正常组、模型组、治疗组造模前空腹血糖分别是:4.40±0.53、3.39±0.24、3.93±0.36;造模后分别是:4.55±0.43、21.10±3.43、13.36±2.59;胰岛素治疗后分别是:3.94±0.40、18.19±4.39、7.86±1.20;中药治疗后分别是4.06±0.60、21.15±2.33、8.87±1.68(mmol/L)。甘油三酯(TG)模型组偏高于其他二组,但尚无显著差异,总胆固醇三组间也尚无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论胰岛素和荔枝核提取液治疗后,治疗组血糖水平降低,甘油三酯含量接近正常组水平,胆固醇含量稍高。而模型组各项指标均高于其他两组。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of litchi water extract on the mouse model of diabetes. Methods Thirty mice were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups, 6 in the normal group, 12 in the model group, and 12 in the treatment group. Measure three groups of mice fasting blood glucose before modeling, then the model group and the treatment group with intraperitoneal injection of alloxan to replicate the diabetic model, 48 hours after the determination of fasting blood glucose in mice. After the establishment of the model, the treatment group was injected once with insulin, blood glucose was measured, and then treated with a litchi water extract for a week. At the end of the experiment, blood was taken to determine blood glucose, triglyceride, and total cholesterol levels. Results Fasting blood glucose levels in the normal, model, and treatment groups before modeling were: 4.40±0.53, 3.39±0.24, and 3.93±0.36, respectively; after modeling, they were: 4.55±0.43, 21.10±3.43, and 13.36±2.59; after insulin therapy, They were: 3.94±0.40, 18.19±4.39, 7.86±1.20; after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, they were 4.06±0.60, 21.15±2.33, and 8.87±1.68 (mmol/L), respectively. The triglyceride (TG) model group was slightly higher than the other two groups, but there was no significant difference. There was no significant difference between the three groups of total cholesterol (P>0.05). Conclusion After treatment with insulin and litchi nuclear extract, the blood glucose level of the treatment group decreased, the triglyceride content was close to that of the normal group, and the cholesterol content was slightly higher. The index of the model group was higher than the other two groups.
