中国科学技术法学会2011年年会暨纪念《科技与法律》杂志创刊20周年座谈会以“专利·标准·品牌——助推经济发展民生”为主题,围绕“科技立法研究”、“科技创新与知识产权”、“技术标准与成果转化”、“科技法律实务前沿”、“知识产权热点问题研究”等展开了广泛讨论,对促进学术交流与科技法制建设工作起到了积极作用。
The annual meeting of China Science and Technology Law Society in 2011 and the symposium on the 20th anniversary of the founding of “Science and Technology and Law” magazine centered on the theme of “Patents, Standards and Brands - Promoting the Development of People’s Livelihood for Economic Development” , “Science and Technology Innovation and Intellectual Property”, “Technical Standards and Achievements Transformation”, “Frontiers of Science and Technology Law Practice”, “Research on Hot Issues of Intellectual Property” and so on. Science and technology construction has played an active role.
