目的:调查分析喀什市维吾尔族膳食营养状况。方法:2005-05/08在新疆喀什市及周边县与乡的维吾尔族人群中进行2型糖尿病遗传资源的收集与保护调查分析。共收集糖尿病家系、非糖尿病家系、散发糖尿病及非糖尿病人总计2775人。其中随机调查了422人的膳食状况。男208人,女214人。小于20岁占6.4%,20~39岁占40.6%,40~59岁占37.7%,60岁以上占15.3%。所有患者均经过知情谈话并签署知情同意书。采用入户3日称重法和24h回忆法对喀什市422人进行膳食调查。结果:喀什市平均每人每日的能量摄入量为9964.03kJ,占每日营养素建议摄取量的91.60%,其中蛋白质每人每日的摄入量为66.45g,占每日营养素建议摄取量的83.06%,脂肪为48.95g,碳水化合物的摄入量为418.79g,均低于每日营养素建议摄取量;维生素和微量元素的摄入量普遍缺乏,尤其以钙和维生素A最为显著,分别是235.01mg和21.76μg,仅占每日营养素建议摄取量的1/4。结论:新疆喀什市维吾尔族特有的饮食结构可能导致了大营养物质摄入比例不合理及各种小营养物质的摄入缺乏,建议试图做相应的调整和改变。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the nutritional status of Uygur in Kashgar. METHODS: From May 2005 to August 08, investigation and analysis on the collection and protection of type 2 diabetes genetic resources among Uyghur people in Kashgar and surrounding counties of Xinjiang was carried out. A total of 2,775 people with diabetic pedigrees, non-diabetic pedigrees, excreted diabetes and non-diabetic patients were collected. 422 of them were randomly surveyed. 208 men and 214 women. 6.4% were younger than 20, 40.6% were aged 20-39, 37.7% were aged 40-59, and 15.3% were older than 60 years. All patients were informed and signed informed consent. Adopting the 3-day weighing method and 24h recall method, 422 people in Kashi City were investigated for diet. Results: The average energy intake of Kashgar per person per day was 9964.03kJ, accounting for 91.60% of the daily recommended intake of nutrients, of which protein daily intake per person was 66.45g, accounting for the recommended daily intake of nutrients 83.06%, fat 48.95g, carbohydrate intake 418.79g, were lower than the recommended daily intake of nutrients; the general lack of intake of vitamins and trace elements, especially calcium and vitamin A, the most significant were Is 235.01 mg and 21.76 μg, accounting for only 1/4 of the recommended daily intake of nutrients. Conclusion: The Uygur diet structure in Kashgar in Xinjiang may lead to the irrational intake of large nutrients and the lack of intake of various small nutrients. It is suggested to make corresponding adjustments and changes.
