对SCR艺制得的2A11(LY11)半固态坯料的重熔组织与成形性能进行了研究。实验证明,SCR工艺2A11半固态坯料在 530~570℃重熔温度范围内,合金组织优良,可进行半固态加工。SCR工艺 2A11半固态坯料半固态加工存在合理变形范围,进行半固态加工最大容许的变形范围为64%~72%。
The remelting microstructure and formability of 2A11 (LY11) semi-solid billet obtained by SCR process were studied. Experiments show that SCR process 2A11 semi-solid billet 530 ~ 570 ℃ in the remelting temperature range, excellent alloy structure, semi-solid processing. SCR process 2A11 semi-solid billet semi-solid processing there is a reasonable range of deformation, the maximum allowable deformation of semi-solid processing range of 64% to 72%.
