目前,我国的农业正在向较大规模的商品生产转化。乡镇企业是促进农村经济起飞的主要动力。国营商业是商品流通的主渠道,大力支持乡镇企业,促进农业转化,起着举足轻重的作用。但是在一部分商业干部职工的心目中,总认为商业部门搞的就是购,销、调、存、赚,对支持生产兴味不浓,尤其对乡镇企业,有的瞧不起,有的怕担风险,有的甚至以城市商业自居,干脆把这项工作说是供销合作社的事。这种思想,不能适应商品生产大发展的形势。我们要从城乡一体、工商一体、工商一家的思想出发,自觉地、积极地支持乡镇企业。

State-owned commerce is the main channel for the circulation of commodities, and it has played a decisive role in supporting township and township enterprises and promoting agricultural transformation. However, in the minds of some business cadres and workers, it is always believed that the commercial sector engages in the purchase, sale, adjustment, deposit, and earning. It is not conducive to supporting production, especially for the township and township enterprises, and some are afraid of risk. Even the city itself is self-employed, and it simply says that this work is for the supply and marketing cooperatives. This kind of thinking cannot adapt to the great development of commodity production. We must consciously and actively support township and village enterprises from the standpoint of the integration of urban and rural areas, business and industry, and industrial and commercial households.
