结合文献总结和企业实际,从企业战略、投入服务化和产出服务化三个维度构建制造业服务化水平评估体系,应用改进的灰色关联分析方法确定指标权重和模糊评价矩阵,选取OSIRIS数据库中计算机及外围设备制造行业25家中美上市公司2014年数据,计算得到制造业服务化水平综合指数并对比分析。结果表明,中国样本制造企业服务化水平低于美国企业;产出服务化指标对服务化水平贡献最大,企业战略指标最低;企业可增加服务数量、加强服务要素投入来提高服务化水平。
Combining with the literature review and the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper constructs the evaluation system of manufacturing service level from the three dimensions of enterprise strategy, input service and output service. The improved gray relational analysis method is used to determine the indicator weight and fuzzy evaluation matrix. The OSIRIS database Computer and peripherals manufacturing industry in 25 listed companies in China and the United States in 2014 data, calculated by the manufacturing composite index of service level and comparative analysis. The results show that the service level of sample manufacturing enterprises in China is lower than that of US enterprises. The index of service-oriented output contributes the most to the level of service and the lowest is the strategic index of enterprises. Enterprises can increase the number of services and increase the service inputs to improve the service level.
