在建筑机械中,电磁铁大多用在传递机械控制和机械制动等方面。近年来又出现了电磁振动等器械。前些年,我厂在流水线设备的专机配套上需要一台切断φ4以下的钢筋切断机械,截断尺寸要求较高,动作要迅速。针对这种情况,若做一台小型机械切断机则需要很多零部件组成,包括电动机,减速机构、曲轴,连杆机构等,都是必不可少的。冲切φ4钢筋时所需要的冲切力经计算为5kN。如果做机械切断机势必是有些浪费,因此我们采用了吸力为150N的牵引电

In the previous years, our factory needed a steel cutting machine with a diameter of φ4 or less to be cut on the special equipment of the assembly line equipment.
