目的:对新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)家庭聚集性病例不同类型标本进行持续性检测,观察新型冠状病毒(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)在机体内的存在状态。方法:采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术对不同病例不同时期采集的鼻咽拭子、痰液、粪便标本进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测,持续监测SARS-CoV-2在不同病例的不同类型样本中的存在情况。结果:济南市10起聚集性疫情共涉及36例病例,多数有武汉或湖北接触史。病例早期检测采集的样本以鼻咽拭子和痰液为主,11例病例鼻咽拭子和痰液均有采集,其中7例鼻咽拭子和痰液均为阳性,2例仅鼻咽拭子阳性,2例仅痰液为阳性。病例标本阳性持续时间较长,部分病例的痰和粪便标本阳性持续时间长达1个月以上。结论:病例标本阳性持续时间较长,需科学防控和管理。“,”Objective:To continuously detect different biological specimens from the family cluster cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), so as to observe the infectious status of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) n in vivo.n Methods:Nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum samples, feces of the cases were collected in different stages of infection. The nucleic acids of SARS-CoV-2 were continuously monitored using real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay for monitoring the change of virus in various biological specimens of different patients.Results:In Jinan city, there were 10 family cluster outbreaks, involving 36 cases. Most cases had contact history related to exposures in Wuhan city or Hubei province. Nasopharyngeal swab and sputum were the main types of samples collected at the early stage of the disease. Both nasopharyngeal swab and sputum samples were collected in 11 cases. Seven cases were positive of nasopharyngeal swab and sputum samples while 2 cases were only positive of sputum samples. The samples remained positive for long time. some sputum samples and feces from some cases were positive for more than a month.Conclusions:The samples of COVID-19 cases remained positive for long time. The scientific prevention and control measures as well as management are necessary.
