目的了解一种稳定性液体过氧乙酸杀菌效果及其理化性能。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室观察。结果该稳定性过氧乙酸产品有效含量达到185 g/L,于室温(25℃)储存12个月,其含量下降率为9.63%,储存18个月,其含量仍≥150 g/L。以含50 mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液对悬液内的大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用3 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00。以含200 mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液对悬液内的白色念珠菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值>4.00。以含500 mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用8 min,杀灭对数值>5.00。结论该液体过氧乙酸储存性能稳定,对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢均具有良好的杀灭效果。
Objective To understand the bactericidal effect of a stable liquid peracetic acid and its physical and chemical properties. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test suspension and physical and chemical analysis of the laboratory observations. Results The content of peracetic acid stabilized peracetic acid reached 185 g / L, which was stored at room temperature (25 ℃) for 12 months. Niloticus were suspended in the suspension containing 500 mg / L peracetic acid for 8 min and the killing logarithm> 5.00. Conclusion The liquid peracetic acid has stable storage properties and good killing effect on bacterial propagules, fungi and bacterial spores.
