立式旋转开合热处理炉的研制

基于现场大型轴类锻件热处理设备厂房造价高、设备热处理质量不达标等诸多缺陷,研制了立式旋转开合热处理炉。新型的立式旋转开合热处理炉可实现两瓣炉体的平稳旋转开合,且立面密封良好,热处理炉炉温均匀性良好,可满足各类合金钢大型轴件的热处理质量要求。同时,极大程度的降低了总体造价。
