患者男性,61岁,于1998年12月初因间断性头痛、头晕伴咳嗽、咯痰,在当地医院行头部ＭＲＩ示:颅内多发性转移瘤,胸部ＣＴ示:左上肺周围型肿块约4ｃｍ×5ｃｍ大。于12月28日行脑转移瘤伽玛刀治疗,12月30日行左上肺叶切除术。术后病理为低分化腺癌。全脑常规放疗40Ｇｙ/20Ｆ/4Ｗ。?
Male, 61 years old, early December 1998 due to intermittent headache, dizziness with cough, expectoration, the head of the local hospital MRI showed: multiple intracranial metastases, chest CT showed: about the left upper pulmonary tumor about 4cm × 5cm large.
