利用过氧化物酶同功酶(POD)、酯酶同功酶(EST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性磷酸酯酶对7份新疆狗牙根材料遗传多样性进行检测,结果表明:供试材料同功酶多样性程度高,4种同功酶中,EST同功酶的多态性最高,可良好区分新疆狗牙根种内不同生态型;同功酶酶谱的聚类分析结果与外部形态并无绝对相关性。
The genetic diversity of 7 bermudagrass materials in Xinjiang was tested using peroxidase isozyme (POD), esterase isozyme (EST), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and acid phosphatase. The results showed that: Among the four isozymes, EST isozymes had the highest polymorphism, which could be used to distinguish the different ecotypes of Bermudagrass in Xinjiang. The results of cluster analysis of isozymes There is no absolute correlation with the external form.
