目的对分布于新疆阿尔泰山脉的黑果越橘和越橘进行系统的生药学鉴别研究,同时分别测定两者花青素类成分的总含量。方法粉末制片法、薄层色谱法和p H示差法。结果得到了果实的性状特征、粉末显微特征、以矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷为对照品的薄层色谱鉴别特征以及黑果越橘和越橘果实中花青素类成分的总含量分别为624mg/100g和352mg/100g,高于市售蓝莓的含量。结论所得结果可作为两种药材的鉴别依据,两种植物果实有高含量的花青素类成分,为研发和利用这一自然资源提供参考。 OBJECTIVE To systematically study the biopharmaceutical identification of blackberry bilberry and blueberry distributed in the Altay Mountains of Xinjiang, and to determine the total anthocyanin content of the two components respectively.
