饮食是人类赖以生存的基础,然而“吃什么”、“怎么吃”突出的体现了各个国家的特色和风情。中俄因不同的自然地理、历史传统、社会经济等因素孕育了不同的饮食文化,其餐具之差异、烹法之各异、主食之多样可谓是花样繁多无奇不有。本文从以上几个方面进行对比,便于更好地进行文化交流。
Diet is the basis of human survival, however, “what to eat ”, “how to eat ” highlights the characteristics of each country and style. China and Russia have given birth to different food cultures due to different natural geography, historical traditions and socio-economic factors. The differences between the dishes and the cooking methods are different. The variety of staple foods can be said to be numerous and varied. This article compares the above aspects to facilitate better cultural exchange.
