Objectives: To find out the characteristics, distribution patterns and related factors of occupational injuries of medical personnel, formulate scientific and effective protective measures, reduce or prevent the occurrence of occupational injuries, and improve the health level of medical staff. Methods: An epidemiological investigation was conducted on the occupational injuries of 863 medical staff and 110 logistics personnel in 33 hospitals in Weifang City. The FoxBASE database was established and the data was analyzed using the SPLM software package. Results: The occupational injury rates of doctors, nurses, and mechanics were 53.86%, 74.0%, and 37.98%, respectively, and the injury rate was 9.86%. The injury rate of medical and technical personnel was significantly higher than that of logistics personnel. The injury rate of medical staff in tertiary hospitals was significantly higher than that of primary and secondary hospitals; mechanical injury, physical injury and psychological injury were the top three occupational injuries; nursing staff were high-risk groups of occupational injuries; protective facilities, protection 12 ordinal variables such as consciousness, professional nature, and workload are obviously related to occupational injuries.
