目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定血清中厄贝沙坦的含量。方法 :用 μBondparkC18(7.8mm× 30 0mm)色谱柱 ,以水 甲醇 磷酸为流动相 ,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标 ,流速为 1.2ml·min-1,用紫外检测器于 2 4 5nm波长处检测。结果 :线性范围0 .5~ 2 0 0 μg·ml-1(r =0 .9996 ) ;平均回收率 (95 .3± 6 .3) % ;检测限为 0 .0 5 μg·ml-1。结论 :本法具有操作简便 ,分析快速准确 ,干扰小等优点。
Objective: To determine the content of irbesartan in serum by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: μBondparkC18 (7.8 mm × 30 0 mm) column was used with mobile phase of water methanolic phosphoric acid and dibutyl phthalate as internal standard at a flow rate of 1.2 ml · min-1 with a UV detector at 254 nm Wavelength detection. Results: The linear range was 0.5-2.0 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9996). The average recovery was (95.3 ± 6.3)%. The limit of detection was 0.05 μg · ml-1 . Conclusion: This method has the advantages of simple operation, quick and accurate analysis, small interference and so on.
