名优茶的鲜叶原料必须选用发芽早的无性系良种。经三年试验研究 ,提出福鼎大白茶等七个早生、特早生茶树品种为当地适制品种。综合配套栽培措施包括实行年年轻修剪 ,3～ 4年一次深修剪 ,修剪在春茶采摘后进行 ,改传统的冬施为秋施基肥 ,追肥在开采前 30天左右施下 ;叶面肥在茶芽膨胀、芽叶开始萌动时喷施。塑料大棚茶园要保持棚内温、湿度稳定 ,土壤适时灌溉 ,补充二氧化碳、补充光照等。综合配套栽培技术的实施 ,可促使春茶物候期提前 ,茶园提早 1 5～ 2 6天开采名优茶。
