本文根据三羟吲哚法原理,按Pitkanen(1956)和Euler(1955)等萤光测定法加以改良,可借助一般仪器设备较迅速正确地测定尿中总儿茶酚胺的含量;改进了吸附与洗脱过程;对尿中某些干扰物质的去除作了初步探讨。去甲肾上腺素的平均回收率为86.5±S.E.3.47(%)。正常青年男女102名24小时尿中总儿茶酚胺的含量为: 男(67名):85.6±S.D.9.3微克(43.7—151.6微克) 女(36名):87.8±S.D.19.4微克(40.5—136.6微克)
