随着社会经济的不断发展与进步,科学技术的不断改革与创新,我国海洋石油企业发展得到了质的飞跃。项目管理培训作为任何海洋石油企业经营管理过程的重中之重,是一个必不可缺的关键环节,直接关系到企业稳定效益的创造,能否培养出更多的实践型创新型人才。因此,海洋石油企业高层领导要高度重视内部的项目管理培训工作,加强各项管理培训制度的完善工作,建立健全的培训考核体系,只有这样才能促进项目管理培训各项工作顺利地开展。本文将进一步对海洋石油企业项目管理培训展开分析与探讨。
With the continuous development and progress of social economy and constant reform and innovation of science and technology, the development of China’s offshore oil enterprises has made a qualitative leap. As the most important part of the management and operation of any offshore oil enterprise, project management training is an indispensable key link, which is directly related to the creation of stable and effective enterprises and the ability to cultivate more practical and innovative talents. Therefore, senior leaders of CNOOCs should attach great importance to internal project management and training, improve the management training system and establish a sound training and evaluation system. Only in this way can various tasks of project management training be smoothly carried out. This article will further analyze and discuss offshore oil project management training.
