多功能屋面是针对传统屋面之不足,加强屋面防护,综合利用能源和材料,提高屋面的使用功能。按其用途大致可分为绿化屋面、蓄水屋面、太阳能屋面以及康乐屋面等。前两种屋面以改善环境、净化空气为主要目的;太阳能屋面则是利用太阳的热能为人们的生活、生产服务,节省能源,减少大气污染;康乐屋面如小型运动场、游泳池等则是充分利用空间,为人们创造一些娱乐,运动场所。
Multi-functional roofing is aimed at the insufficiency of traditional roofing, strengthening roof protection, comprehensive utilization of energy and materials, and improving the function of roof use. According to their uses, they can be roughly divided into green roofs, water storage roofs, solar roofs and recreational roofs. The first two kinds of roofs are mainly for the purpose of improving the environment and purifying the air. Solar roofs use the heat of the sun to serve people’s lives and production, save energy, and reduce air pollution. Recreational roofs such as small playgrounds and swimming pools make full use of space. For people to create some entertainment, sports venues.
