目的了解分析舆情传播、受众的信息需求在山东非法疫苗事件中的情况,为制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法通过数据收集、内容分析和倾向性分析等方法,对山东非法疫苗案进行研究。结果事件传播可分为四个阶段,潜伏期(2016年2月2日-3月15日,1.5个月)、爆发期(3月15日-3月23日,1周)、回落期(3月24日-4月5日,2周)、消退期(4月5日-4月14日,10天)。事件总体声量,微信第一(38.35%),新闻第二(28.78%)。事件爆发期,微信呈现最高声量(45.19%),超过新闻(34.60%)、论坛/博客(12.11%)和微博(8.10%);回落期新闻声量最高(50.62%),以下依次为微信(29.45%)、论坛/博客(15.52%)和微博(4.42%)。网民关注议题主要为监管体系、疫苗信息和个体安全三个方面,分别占47%、35%和18%。网络评论态度爆发期表示震惊或恐惧的占45%,呼吁严惩涉案人员的占20%;消退期呼吁严惩或谴责涉案人员的占61%,要求公开事件进展或细节的占16%。结论社交媒体是舆情处置有价值的组成部分;应第一时间切割责任释放公众情绪;借舆情事件热度,加强公众健康教育。
Objective To understand and analyze the situation of the public opinion transmission and the information needs of the audience in the illegal vaccine incident in Shandong and provide a scientific basis for formulating relevant policies. Methods Data collection, content analysis and propensity analysis were used to study the case of illegal vaccine in Shandong Province. Results Incident spread was divided into four phases: incubation period (February 2 to March 15, 1.5 months), outbreak period (March 15 to March 23, week 1), fall period (3 Month 24 - April 5, 2 weeks), extinction period (April 5 - April 14, 10 days). The overall volume of events, WeChat first (38.35%), the second news (28.78%). (45.19%) over the news (34.60%), forums / blogs (12.11%) and Weibo (8.10%); the highest volume of news in the down time (50.62%) followed by WeChat 29.45%), forums / blogs (15.52%) and Weibo (4.42%). Netizens concerned about the issues mainly regulatory system, vaccine information and individual safety in three areas, accounting for 47%, 35% and 18%. Internet criticism accounted for 45% of the people who were shocked or terrified at the outbreak of their attitudes. They called for severe punishments of 20% of the people involved. During the period of retreat, they called for severely punishing or condemning 61% of the people involved and demanding 16% of the progress or details of the public events. Conclusion Social media is a valuable component of public opinion disposal. It should be the first time to cut responsibility to release public sentiment. Public opinion education should be strengthened by public opinion.
