目的 研究江油市钩端螺旋体 (简称钩体 )病高发原因 ,为该地提供科学防治钩体病依据。方法 对钩体病传染源—田间小动物密度、构成 ,和猪、牛带菌状况调查 ;自然人群、牛血清抗体测定。结果 田间小动物 (啮齿目、食虫目 )平均密度 6 6 9% ;黑线姬鼠平均构成 80 2 4 % ,平均带菌率 16 2 4 %。自然人群抗体阳性率 2 0 0 0年为 19 88% ,2 0 0 1年为 10 14 %。结论 黑线姬鼠构成及其带菌率高 ,是主要传染源 ;自然人群抗体水平低 ;二者是江油市钩体病高发的主要原因。
Objective To study the causes of leptospirosis in Jiangyou City (referred to as leptospirosis), and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of leptospirosis. Methods The source of Leptospira spp. Infection - the density, composition of field animal and the status of pigs and cattle were investigated. The natural population and the antibody of bovine serum were assayed. Results The average density of field animals (rodents and insects) was 6 6 9%. On average, Apodemus agrarius was 80 2 4% with an average rate of 16 2 4%. In the natural population, the positive rate of antibody was 19 88% in 2000 and 10 14% in 2001. Conclusion Apodemus agrarius is a major source of leptospirosis due to its high bacteriostasis rate and low antibody level in natural populations.
