目前,计算机专业就业出现了明显的供需矛盾,一方面,市场需求量大;另一方面,计算机专业毕业生就业率却持续降低,甚至亮起了红灯,尤其是地方院校计算机专业毕业生情况更为严峻。究其原因,主要是因为部分地方院校计算机专业的知识结构不完善、专业特色不明显、师资队伍参差不齐、职业生涯规划意识匮乏等,导致毕业生适应市场能力普遍较差、就业竞争力相对不足。可以通过完善人才培养机制、优化专业课程设置、提高师资队伍素质和加强学生职业生涯规划教育等途径来提高毕业生就业竞争力。
