正义是人类社会恒久而常新的话题,是人类对理想社会追求的基本价值和行为准则。马克思十分关注正义问题,他认为正义是与人类的物质生产活动、社会政治制度有密切的联系的。资本主义社会制度是剥削制度、非正义的制度,终究要被消灭。马克思追求的是人的自由而全面发展、全人类彻底解放的正义。当前,马克思的正义理论对我们构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。
Justice is a permanent and new topic in human society. It is the basic value and code of conduct for mankind’s pursuit of ideal society. Marx paid great attention to the issue of justice. He considered that justice is closely linked with the material production activities and social and political systems of mankind. The capitalist social system is a system of exploitation and injustice that will eventually be eliminated. Marx pursued the free and all-round development of mankind and the complete liberation of mankind. At present, Marx’s theory of justice has an important practical significance for us to build a socialist harmonious society.
