作者在[2]的基础上,对圆弧圆柱蜗杆(CAVEX)传动啮合原理进行了更深入地分析研究,取得了一些新的成果。它包括有下列重要计算公式:蜗杆与蜗轮啮合时的诱导法曲率,二类(啮合)界限曲线;相对滑动系数;瞬时接触线方向与相对速度(?)~(12)的夹角;瞬时接触线方向与合速度(?)_Σ~(12)的夹角。从而使圆弧圆柱蜗杆传动啮合原理臻于完善。这些研究成果已经在生产实践中得到有效地应用。
On the basis of [2], the author conducted a more in-depth analysis and research on the meshing principle of CAVEX transmission and achieved some new achievements.
