近些年来,由于经济的发展,管理理论推陈出新,企业文化管理成为一种较为先进的管理理论,很多学者也开始重视研究企业文化理论与实践。成功的企业大都具有优秀的企业文化,也是企业可持续发展的必备条件。本文主要介绍了企业文化测评的主要方法。历史上学者们研究出几种比较经典企业文化方法,包括定性研究方法和定量研究方法,了解这些方法有助于对我国企业文化研究与企业文化革新进行借鉴与学习。
In recent years, due to the economic development, the management theory has been revitalized and the corporate culture management has become a more advanced management theory. Many scholars have also begun to attach importance to the study of corporate culture theory and practice. Most successful enterprises have excellent corporate culture, but also the necessary conditions for sustainable development of enterprises. This article mainly introduces the main method of enterprise culture evaluation. Historically, scholars have studied several classic methods of corporate culture, including qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods. Understanding these methods can help us to learn and study our country’s corporate culture research and corporate culture reform.
