2009年10月28日,天津钢管集团股份有限公司Φ720mm斜轧扩径机组一次试轧成功Φ711mm×15mm的流体管。该机组自2008年6月开始,在边调试边生产的情况下,已陆续成功轧制出外径为508,530,559,610,630mm不同壁厚的无缝钢管8万余吨,规格品种不断扩大。此次Φ711mm×15mm流体管是为某用户询价而试轧的,是该机组设计范围内
