目的:观察血余蛋黄油对C57BL/6脱发模型小鼠毛发生长的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:脱毛膏对小鼠背部脱毛,面积4cm×3cm,诱导小鼠毛发由休止期进入生长期。次日分为4组(n=8):模型组、血余蛋黄油组、章光101组、30%乙醇组,每日涂抹给药1次,连续给药21d。观察小鼠皮肤颜色变化、新毛生长情况,每隔3d拍照1次,并测量毛长。HE染色观察小鼠皮肤真皮层厚度、毛囊形态。免疫组化检测小鼠皮肤VEGF表达。结果:经血余蛋黄油治疗后,小鼠毛发生长速度加快(P<0.01),皮肤变黑时间缩短。与模型组比较,血余蛋黄油组皮肤真皮层厚度明显增加(P<0.05),毛囊数目增多,VEGF表达含量显著增多(P<0.01)。结论:血余蛋黄油有促进小鼠毛发生长的作用,其机制可能与促进VEGF表达、调节毛囊生长周期相关。
Objective: To observe the effects of extra-fat egg-butter on the hair growth of C57BL / 6 hair loss model mice and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: Hair removal cream hair removal on the back of mice, an area of 4cm × 3cm, induced mouse hair from the resting period into the growth phase. The next day was divided into 4 groups (n = 8): model group, extra-currant egg-butter group, Zhangguang 101 group and 30% ethanol group. Observed changes in mouse skin color, new hair growth, taking photos every 3 days, and measuring hair length. The thickness of dermal layer and hair follicle morphology were observed by HE staining. Immunohistochemical detection of VEGF expression in mouse skin. Results: After treatment with blood egg yolk, the growth of hair in mice was accelerated (P <0.01), and the skin blackening time was shortened. Compared with the model group, the dermal layer thickness of the blood egg-yolk oil group increased significantly (P <0.05), the number of the hair follicles increased, and the expression of VEGF increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: Egg butter may promote hair growth in mice. The mechanism may be related to promoting the expression of VEGF and regulating the growth cycle of hair follicles.
