After the financial crisis, the cross-border electricity supplier represented by “Internet +” has gradually become an effective supplementary form of Jiangsu’s foreign trade and exports, thus opening up a blue ocean easily overlooked by traditional foreign trade, that is, under the “fragmentation” procurement Export demand. At this stage, Jiangsu’s foreign trade in the order “fragmentation ” increasing proportion of what is said here “fragmented orders ” more refers to the total amount of foreign trade enterprises in our province often encountered in exports generally do not exceed Small orders in thousands, individual orders, and sample orders. In this context, export-oriented enterprises in Jiangsu Province need to adjust the traditional foreign trade mode under the tendency of “fragmentation ” and attach importance to the application, transformation and upgrading of the B2B horizontal e-commerce model in export practice. Fragmentation needs exist both in import and export. In this paper, export is the main research perspective.
