通常求职失败的原因大致有以下几种: 期望值太高或职业太热门。有些求职者在选择单位时,不切实际地确定了过高的标准,因而导致求职失败。对于落聘者来说,就要及时调整自己的期望值,针对各自的特点与实际,选择更适合自己的单位。有的单位具体情况不能兼顾你的要求,就要抓住主要矛盾。例如,有的求职者首选专业对口并且有任务干的单位,有的求职者用发展的眼光分析该单位,认为它很有前途,故而予以考虑等。
