目的通过某公司10kt/a海绵钛生产项目的职业病危害预评价,对存在的职业卫生问题提出防治对策和建议。方法按照《建设项目职业病危害预评价技术导则》对评价内容进行逐项调查和分析,了解生产工艺的全过程,识别生产中存在的职业病危害因素的种类,分析其危害程度,评价采取的防护措施是否可行,并提出合理、可行的改进建议。结果该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、氯气和氯化氢;类比项目电解炉检测到的氯气最高容许浓度为0.93mg/m3,接近国家卫生标准限值(1mg/m3),该项目在生产过程中氯气有可能超标。结论应加强个人防护;保证产生氯气车间的通风措施;加强破碎车间噪声防护措施;产生腐蚀性气体的车间采取有效防腐措施等,可降低职业病发生率。
Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards of a 10kt / a titanium sponge production project in a company and put forward prevention and control measures and suggestions on existing occupational health problems. Methods According to the Technical Guidelines for Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects, the content of the evaluation was investigated and analyzed one by one to understand the whole process of production process, identify the types of occupational hazards present in production, analyze the degree of harm, and evaluate the protection adopted Measures are feasible, and made reasonable and feasible suggestions for improvement. Results The main occupational hazards in this project were dust, chlorine and hydrogen chloride. The highest allowable concentration of chlorine detected in the electrolysis furnace was 0.93mg / m3, which was close to the national standard of 1mg / m3, In the process of chlorine may exceed the standard. Conclusions Personal protection should be strengthened. Ventilation measures should be taken to ensure the production of chlorine plant. Noise protection measures in crushing plant should be strengthened. Effective anti-corrosion measures should be taken in corrosive gas plant to reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.
