建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定染料中铅(Pb)的方法.将液体染料样品直接稀释配制、固体染料样品以超声溶解8min制备成测试液,采用标准加入法测定液体染料样品与固体染料样品中的铅含量.在选定的仪器测定条件下,该法测定结果与国标法(GB 20814—2006)混酸消解处理染料样品测定结果相比较相对误差≤5.09%,加标回收率为93.4%~104%,检出限为0.087μg/mL(n=15),5.00μg/mL Pb标准溶液平行测定15次,所得Pb吸光度的相对标准偏差为3.76%(n=15).该方法操作简便、快速、准确可靠,可代替国标法应用于染料样品中铅含量的测定.
