采用Gleeble-3500热模拟机、硬度计及光学显微镜(OM),研究了55Mn热轧带钢轧后珠光体相变前、相变中及相变后各阶段冷却速率对其组织性能的影响规律。结果表明:降低55Mn钢珠光体相变任何一个温度区间内的冷却速率,都会使55Mn钢晶粒尺寸增大、力学性能降低。其中55Mn钢珠光体相变中温度区间的冷却速率对其室温组织性能的影响最大,相变后温度区间的冷却速率对其室温组织性能的影响最小。
Using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator, hardness tester and optical microscope (OM), the influence of the cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of the pre-pearlite transformation before and after the transformation of 55Mn hot-rolled strip was studied. . The results show that reducing the cooling rate of 55Mn steel in any temperature range will increase the grain size and reduce the mechanical properties of 55Mn steel. Among them, the cooling rate of 55Mn steel pearlite in the temperature range has the greatest influence on the microstructure and properties at room temperature. The cooling rate in the temperature range after transformation has the least influence on the microstructure and properties at room temperature.
