作为小学教师,带惯了六年级,再回到一年级,我还不是一般的不适应,满眼都是在“动”的小娃娃。对于不守纪律的六年级学生来说,教师只要瞟过去一个眼神,学生就立刻会意,赶紧坐好。而同样的方法,用到一年级新生的身上,似泥牛入海、绒毛落入棉花地,没有回音。在一年级学生眼里,不要说用眼神,估计你就是瞪他几眼,那些淘气的学生还是会置若罔闻,自顾玩自己的。
