本文对应用于旅游行业中的决策支持与分析信息技术的研究和发展进行了分析。根据旅游市场中的不同角色,文章对决策技术进行了分类,同时我们研究了应用于不同营销分类的游客决策支持技术的当前趋势及发展方向。事实证明,信息技术手段的发展需求在于应用现代数据挖掘技术和GIS系统在游客旅行中的各个阶段为其提供个性化、最优化及全方位的支持。
This article analyzes the research and development of decision support and analytic information technology used in the tourism industry. According to different roles in the tourism market, the article classifies the decision-making techniques, and at the same time, we study the current trends and development direction of the decision-support technology for tourists applied to different marketing categories. Facts have proved that the development of information technology means the demand lies in the application of modern data mining technology and GIS system to provide individualized, optimized and all-round support for tourists at all stages of travel.
