The Internet era greatly reduced the threshold for starting a business and pushed the wave of entrepreneurship to an unprecedented height. However, even in Silicon Valley where the system is excellent, only 10% to 20% of the enterprises can survive for more than 3 to 5 years. Among the many reasons for the failure, we can not face the fact that the enterprise strategy is flexible and can not be ignored. The biggest problem with MBA entrepreneurship is that they often lack sufficient business practices and are easily trapped in idealistic hypothetical traps. Numerous cases show that the three key elements of entrepreneurial success are: opportunities, resources and teams. The face of opportunities, no key resources (technology, capital, etc.) can only hopeless; resource conditions no matter how superior, the lack of ability to execute the team will not escape the fate of failure.
