〔目的〕 了解北京入境人员中HIV - 1型感染毒株的分子流行病学特征。〔方法〕 采集 12份确认为HIV - 1型感染者的全血 ,分离单核细胞 (PNMC) ,提取前病毒DNA ,通过套式PCR扩增得到 12份样品的结果 ,并对其envC2 -V3区进行序列测定和分析。〔结果〕 得到的样品分别属于HIV - 1型的A、B、C亚型和重组AE型流行株。〔结论〕 北京口岸入境人员中HIV - 1型毒株的感染情况比较复杂。提示应加强对入境人员的HIV - 1的检测 ,防止其它亚型的HIV - 1型毒株传入我国
[Objective] To understand the molecular epidemiological characteristics of HIV-1-infected strains in Beijing immigrants. [Methods] Twelve samples of HIV-1 infected whole blood were collected, mononuclear cells (PNMCs) were isolated, and proviral DNA was extracted. Twelve samples were amplified by nested PCR and envC2-V3 District for sequence determination and analysis. [Results] The samples obtained belonged to the A, B and C subtypes of HIV - 1 and the repertoire of AE strains. [Conclusion] The infection status of HIV - 1 strains in Beijing port entry workers is rather complicated. It is suggested that the detection of HIV - 1 among immigrants should be strengthened so as to prevent the transmission of HIV - 1 strains of other subtypes into China
