老子“无为”的核心理念就是对待事物顺其自然,让事物按照自身的必然性自由发展,不妄加干涉,不人为地影响事物的进程,从而达到“无为而无不为”。道家“无为而治,道法自然”的朴素辨证主义哲学博大精深,与现代企业人力资源管理有诸多契合之处,对现代企业人力资源管理具有重要借鉴意义和许多积极作用。
The core idea of Lao Tzu for “Inaction” is to treat things in their own right so that things will develop freely in accordance with their own inevitability, and will not unduly interfere and artificially affect the course of things, thus achieving “nothing”. The doctrine of naive imperialism and dialectical philosophy of “Doing Nothing That Goes by Doing Nothing That Goes against Nature, Taoism and Nature” has many profound and concordances with human resources management of modern enterprises, and has important referential significance and many positive functions to human resources management of modern enterprises.
