本文报道了预免疫b型流感杆菌(PRP)和白喉类毒素(DT)偶联菌苗对人B淋巴细胞应答的影响,用25μg PRP和18μg DT共价结合的偶联菌苗(PRP-D)对32名成人志愿者接种1或2次。在免疫前(0天)和免疫后4周,收集血样测定抗体浓度,在免疫后的第6、7、8、9天采血测定分泌抗体细胞(AbSC)数,用溶血斑形成法和ELISA法分别测定B细胞的分泌能力和抗体水平,结果如下。健康成人首次接种PRP-D偶联菌苗后4周,血浆中PRP的IgG、IgM和IgA的抗体总量的增长为32.0μg/ml,DT的抗体总量的增长为1.14IU/ml,但其中IgM抗体未增长,同免疫前基本一致。免疫后除1人外在6~9天时PRP和DF的血循AbSC的数目均增加。其中IgA的AbSC的数目占IgG和IgM的一半以上,DT的AbSC主要为IgG。
