5 Song Dynasty typical artifacts The Song Dynasty is a prosperous period in the history of China’s porcelain industry. After the liberation, after decades of archaeological excavations, porcelain kilns in the Song Dynasty were found in more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions throughout the country.
