工商行政管理机关是新《消法》的主要行政执法机关,新《消法》实行政来,全国主商系统大力宣传贯彻新《消法》,深入开展重点领域消费维权工作,加快推进12315体系建设,积极推进消费维权社会共治,做了大量富有成效的工作。本期我们特别邀请到国家工商总局消费者权益保护局局长杨红灿详细介绍相关情况。
The administrative organs for industry and commerce are the major administrative law enforcement organs of the new “Consumer Law”. The new “Consumer Law” is implemented under the principle of politics. The national business system vigorously publicizes and implements the new “Consumer Law”, deepens consumer rights protection in key areas and accelerates the development of the 12315 system Construction, and actively promote the social protection of consumer rights protection, has done a lot of fruitful work. In this issue, we specially invited Yang Hongcan, director of Consumer Protection Bureau of SAIC, to give details about the situation.
