体育和艺术存在本身的特点,在教学阶段很难与学生的身心特点、接受能力相适应。随着“体育2+1项目”的优化和研究,使学生的全面发展在一定程度上成为可能。对优化“体育2+1项目”中相关技能项目进行了具体分析。
