课程建设是高职院校及专业建设的永恒主题,基于工作过程的课程开发是高职教育的基本要求,是实现高职教育目标的基本保证。课程开发是一个复杂的过程,需要教师和企业工程技术人员共同参与,在明确课程开发的目的和基本要素的前提下,认真分析岗位及工作过程的知识能力的基本要求,才能构建课程内容适度、序化结构合理、课程目标明确、特色鲜明的课程体系,通过教学最终达到高职教育培养的人才在层次上体现出高、在类型上体现职、在素质上体现出优的目标。
