动迁涉及到很多当地居民的切身利益,因此动迁施工看似简单实则很难,这在境内和境外都是一样的,但是中国公司在境外施工中很少涉及动迁工作,相关经验不足。本文通过总结我公司在阿联酋拉斯海马渔人码头项目上的渔民动迁施工案例,介绍了在境外渔民动迁工作中应当特别注意的几个方面,希望有助于中国公司在境外项目施工动迁工作的开展。
