针对车集煤矿深部岩巷在高地应力作用下混凝土喷层开裂剥离严重的问题,分析了深部岩巷混凝土喷层的破坏机理;通过理论分析和力学实验,研究了混杂纤维混凝土力学性能增强机理,实验结果表明了按一定比例混杂化学纤维可有效提高混凝土的力学性能;确定了混杂纤维混凝土的配比和喷浆工艺。现场实践表明,混杂纤维混凝土喷层支护效果良好,改善了车集煤矿深部岩巷混凝土喷层开裂剥离严重的不良局面。
In view of the serious cracking of concrete sprayed layers caused by high ground stress in the deep rock roadway of Cheji Coal Mine, the failure mechanism of concrete sprayed layers in deep rock tunnels is analyzed. Through the theoretical analysis and mechanics experiments, the enhancement mechanism of mechanical properties of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete is studied, The experimental results show that mixing certain proportion of chemical fibers can effectively improve the mechanical properties of concrete; determine the proportion of hybrid fiber concrete and spray technology. Field practice shows that the hybrid fiber concrete shotcrete support effect is good and the bad situation of severe delamination of concrete shotcrete layer in deep rock roadway of Cheji Mine is improved.
