以乙酸钠作为催化剂,研究了阿司匹林的合成反应。实验考察了催化剂的用量、反应时间以及温度对阿司匹林收率的影响。结果表明乙酸钠有较好的催化活性。当乙酸钠用量为反应物总量的3%、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为50min时,合成收率可达81.9%。对以阿斯匹林和扑热息痛为原料合成贝诺酯的工艺进行了改进,考察了不同溶剂对贝诺酯收率的影响。结果表明,在甲苯-水反应介质中贝诺酯的收率可达90%。
Sodium acetate was used as a catalyst to study the synthesis of aspirin. The effects of catalyst dosage, reaction time and temperature on the yield of aspirin were investigated experimentally. The results show that sodium acetate has better catalytic activity. When the dosage of sodium acetate was 3% of the total amount of reactants, the reaction temperature was 55 ℃ and the reaction time was 50 min, the yield of synthesis was up to 81.9%. Aspirin and paracetamol as raw materials for the synthesis of benzonate process was improved to study the effects of different solvents on the yield of benobiol. The results show that the yield of benobiotrope in toluene-water reaction medium can reach 90%.
