目的:研究左旋氨氯地平和丹参冻干粉联合防治冠脉支架内再狭窄的临床价值。方法:收集并回顾性研究本院进行冠脉内支架植入术成功的冠心病患者血浆标本222例,分为对照组、丹参冻干粉针组、左旋氨氯地平组和联合组用药组(左旋氨氯地平+丹参冻干粉针,观察对术前、后和随访6个月经冠脉造影(CAG),并测定血浆中术后和随访6个月的内皮素(endothelin,ET)、一氧化氮(nitrogen monoxide,NO)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、血清总胆固醇(serum total cholesterol,TC)的水平。结果:与对照组相比,丹参冻干粉组、左旋氨氯地平组的再狭窄率降低,但无统计学差异,而联合组的再狭窄率降低并且有统计学意义。丹参冻干粉组、左旋氨氯地平组、联合组TG,TC均降低,且左旋氨氯地平组、联合组ET降低,NO升高(P<0.05)。结论:丹参冻干粉和左旋氨氯地平两者联合使用对支架内再狭窄(IRS)的发生有预防作用。
Objective: To study the clinical value of combination of L-amlodipine and Danshen freeze-dried powder in the prevention and treatment of coronary stent restenosis. Methods: Totally 222 plasma samples from coronary heart disease patients undergoing coronary stent implantation were retrospectively collected and divided into control group, Danshen freeze-dried powder group, levamlodipine group and combination group L-amlodipine + Danshen freeze-dried powder injection. The coronary angiography (CAG) was performed before, during and 6 months after operation, and the endothelin (ET) in plasma and postoperative 6 months Nitrogen monoxide (NO), triglyceride (TG) and serum total cholesterol (TC) were measured.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, freeze-dried Salvia miltiorrhiza powder group, levamlodipine group Restenosis rate was decreased, but there was no statistical difference, while the restenosis rate in the combined group was decreased and statistically significant.Danshensu freeze-dried powder group, levamlodipine group, combined group TG, TC were decreased, and levamlodine (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The combined use of Danshen freeze-dried powder and levamlodipine can prevent in-stent restenosis (IRS).
