绩效考核是企业管理的有效手段之一,其在经营管理工作中的作用也越来越大,然而当前我国国有企业在绩效考核方面却屡屡出现问题。加强对绩效考核作用的重视,分析讨论绩效考核中出现的问题,是我国国有企业经营管理工作的重要任务。本文通过分析国有企业绩效考核中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。
Performance appraisal is one of the effective means of enterprise management, and its role in management is also getting bigger and bigger. However, the current state-owned enterprises in our country often have problems in performance appraisal. Strengthen the importance of the role of performance appraisal, analysis and discussion of performance appraisal problems, is the important task of the management of state-owned enterprises in our country. This article analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
